DPS Tapi’s Mission is to encourage students to put service before self and to derive personal fulfilment through enduring values and effort. We aspire to see our students as patriotic global citizens, technologically efficient, environmentally aware, and socially responsible and accountable. As scientists, sportspersons, lawyers, entrepreneurs, teachers, artists, musicians, dancers, businessmen, bureaucrats, doctors, homemakers, engineers or politicians, they should promote democracy, a casteless society and gender equality. They should be respectful to the elderly, caring towards family and community, helpful to the differently abled, welcoming to guests and charitable to the needy. They should question before believing and favour dialogue problem-solving to resolve conflict. They should conserve our natural resources, reduce carbon footprint, global warming and other forms of environmental pollution. They should respect all religions, protect India from divisive forces, be honest tax-payers and fulfil their civic duties. We hope they will leave their mark as both leaders and teammates through sincere effort and integrity, accepting success without complacency and failure with equanimity. They should remain proud flag bearers and national ambassadors of India in spirit, wherever they live and work. May they all become living and true embodiments of this Noble Mission!
