Earth Day Celebration
Earth Day is celebrated around the world with a beautiful message - “Our continuing efforts in our everyday lives will make this beautiful planet thrive.” Echoing the same, the students of Class IX-A celebrated “The Earth Day” through a series of activities on 22 April 2024. The theme of Earth Day in 2024 is Planet vs Plastic. Students took center stage during the assembly, showcasing their creativity and passion for environmental activism through poetry reading, skit display, and dance performances with Earth-themed messages. They also planted saplings showcasing their love towards Mother Earth. The assembly not only celebrated Earth Day but also ignited a sense of responsibility and empowerment among our school community to be guardians of the planet. Additionally, Class VI engaged in a Slogan Writing Activity, Class VII participated in a Poetry Writing Activity, and Class VIII had a Book Mark Making Activity, further emphasizing the importance of creativity and participation across all grades. Let's continue to nurture this spirit of environmental consciousness and make every day an opportunity to cherish and protect our Earth. Together, we can make a difference!
