Rainbow of Knowledge: A Week of Colourful Learning
Our little learners of Nursery and Prep had a vibrant journey through the world of colours from 18 June to 20 June 2024. Each day was dedicated to a different colour, filled with fun activities, circle time, storytelling, creative crafts, nature walks and educational games to help our little ones explore and understand the beauty and diversity of colours around them. Nursery started with a splash of basic colours; Red, Yellow and Blue. Prep had fun with secondary colours; Orange, Green and Purple. A short quiz was conducted for each colour to learn about their mixing and making of a new colour. Students were adorned in colourful attire according to the colour theme. They also learnt how to observe colours in their day-to-day life. The theme was concluded with their beautiful handmade craft for each day representing the colour. By incorporating this theme, toddlers naturally learned the joy of learning about colours.
