Independence Day celebration
Classes Nursery to II participated in a week-long Independence Day celebration starting on 12 August 2024. The event was vibrant and filled with educational activities that instilled a sense of patriotism and creativity. The week was meticulously planned by the teachers, ensuring that every student had an opportunity to participate and learn about the significance of this historic day. Various craft activities were organized, including making bookmarks, cards depicting the national flag and paper fans. Students from Pre-Primary and Classes I and II dressed in a tricolour theme and spoke about national symbols, emblems, and leaders. They also created an outline of the Indian map representing the national flag.
The week-long celebration culminated in a vibrant parade where students from Classes I and II proudly dressed as freedom fighters.
