Warli Art Camp
A four-day Warli Art Camp was organized for Class V from 22 April 2025 to 25 April 2025, where students explored the beauty of traditional Warli painting. They learned the basic forms such as human figures, animals, birds, and trees. They focused on illustrating folk stories through simple shapes. Students depicted a Warli-style marriage ceremony, showcasing the vibrant village celebrations. On the final day, they created paintings of their own choice, applying all they had learned.
The Warli Art Camp was a great success, inspiring students to appreciate India's rich folk-art heritage. It helped enhance their creativity, storytelling skills, and knowledge of traditional Indian culture.
