Janmashtami Celebration
Krishna Janmashtami is a festival commemorating the birth of Lord Krishna, one of the most powerful and famous reincarnations of Lord Vishnu.
On 23 August 2024, Delhi Public School Tapi, celebrated Janmashtami festival with great enthusiasm and devotion. The entire school was adorned with vibrant decorations, including colourful streamers and flowers creating a festive atmosphere. The traditional 'Dahi Handi' ceremony was performed where students of classes VI- XII, formed human pyramids to break the earthen pot, symbolizing the playful and adventurous spirit of Krishna. The excitement and energy during this event were palpable, with students and teachers cheering enthusiastically.
