Science Fest 2024-25
The Annual Science Fest featured participation from classes VI to IX students with great enthusiasm on 19 February 2025, showcasing creativity, curiosity, and scientific prowess. It also inculcates the scientific values in students to carry out scientific investigations using materials and techniques safely and skillfully.
The budding scientists presented many creative ideas as exhibits. The exhibits were attractive and marvellous. They were on topics ranging from environmental science to robotics. There were number of still and working models on display such as, process of electroplating, projects based on electromagnetic induction, light, laser security system, DNA extraction, transpirometer, natural dye’s tie and dye, laminar flow, fluidised air bed, heart stent, model of structure of atom, brain, eye, kidney, wormhole, earthquake sensor, hydraulic lifts and bridge, remote control devices and many more. The students decorated the soft boards of their classrooms and created an engaging and visually appealing environment that embodied the spirit of scientific exploration. Their efforts were admired by the parents and teachers, who offered valuable suggestions.
It was a great platform for the students to work effectively as members of a team, collaborating, acknowledging, and supporting others, and ensuring a safe working environment. This not only honed the students' communication skills but also polished their technology skills, and it was a step forward in their overall development.
